Basic my first LCD Monitor Question

I've got a big 19 inch monitor and am going to grab a LCD.
I only 4 table at the most right now so don't think I need the 30 incher. Only play on this computer for poker and internet..don't really even view videos etc.

What would u recommend...I hear the Dell 20inch or is it 21 inch is good and the Samsung Bsomething or other.

Basically want the cheapest one and not sure if the Dell is any better than the Samsung.

so tech wise all I need is one with a 1600 x 1200 setup and 20 inchs or more correct? Thats gets me 4 tables no overlap and plenty of resized tables. Does this monitor require a new video graphics card like the 30inch Dell does?
