After the river king it was a tough decision, i think. He showed strenght 3 times and h raised preflop so that a K is not unlikely.

im guessing he showed you a K or you wouldnt be second guessing yourself.

its still a trivially easy call getting 4:1 on the end though and the manner in which it went down.
