cash players/sharks, please help

hi guys, I'm new to this forum and I hvae to say that I read so many valueable threads here. You guys are awesome.

Here's my problem, and I have tried so many times to figure out the reason but all failed. I'm confident enough to say that I'm a shark at sng (33-109 lvl) and pretty good at mtt also . But when it comes to ring game(online ring, live ring is okay for me, not that much of a problem), I either win small pot or lose big ones. And I can never get ppl to fold their hands. It is really really frustrating.

Any of decent cash players know what I should do to overcome my problem or any cash players who also started from SNG/ MTT and transit to ring?

please help guys, all advice are welcomed and appreciated
