No. Do not delete the players from your database.

I think i got you wrong. I thought we are talking about the SpadeEye and PartyPoker buddylist exchange.

Regarding the players with special character.
Can you send me a handhistory of them.
Just 1-2 hands, so i can feed a testdatabase and fix this problem. (Support@spadeit.com)

[ QUOTE ]
SpadeEye is for:
Party- /EmpirePoker,
FullTiltPoker,
AbsolutePoker, VegasPoker247, Big Chip Poker.

Telescope is only for PokerStars.

[/ QUOTE ]

So if I play on PokerStars and on FullTilt, then I need to buy
two programs?

I don't quite understand this. Why is Telescope a separate program?
Why not incorporate Stars functionality into SpadeEye? Is there
some technical reason why Stars had to be written separately?

The "easy" sites will be added to SpadeEye (like recently added Bodog).

"easy" and "hard" depends on the software of the pokerroom.
Some are easy to support (PartyPoker, FullTiltPoker ...), others are really a pain (like PokerStars ).

Unfortunately when it comes to tableselection one has to write a lot of new code.
Every Pokerroom has different kind of software and it's really nasty to figure out how to get
the data and control the software from the outside.
So it was unavoidable to make an extra application to justify my effort in making the application,
and keeping up support and developement for it.

Idleminer e.g. did the same with their extra versions for PartyPoker, AbsolutePoker and so on.

At least it's a one time fee...

Edit: Customer which already have one of my apps get a discount.

I've had a problem the last day or so w/PokerStars. I'm guessing PokerStars will quit giving me player info after the first couple times I scan the lobby. The window where it lists plays just goes black (or light brown, matches the rest of the PS window.) If I scan tables, every table comes back with no players! ???

A few times, the table window did the same thing, it went blank. I just switched to medium level and back again and the tables loaded up, but not the players.

Running v1.17 and the latest PS client version (as of this morning.)

I wonder if it has to do with the new datamining policy at PokerStars?

Anybody else having this problem?

Good news.

Telescope is now officially permitted by PokerStars:

I have already purchased SpadeEye.

Does this mean that i need to purchase Telescope? Or can I just use the same serial as i did for SpadeEye?

I hope so because I purchased SpadeEye about 3 months ago under the illusion that it was going to support PokerStars.

Wow... I just read the website and found that you do have to buy Telescope even if you have already purchased SpadeEye.

I am pretty disgusted in this. You can't sell a product... drop the support for pokerstars and then sell the product again!

I have a real problem with this. Anyone else?
