Default NL400 thin value shove???

Villain is 26/15/2.5 over 1800 hands. My notes on him say, min check raises sets and made a really questionable call with top pair weak kicker on a 4 way flop. I have never seen him show down a major bluff and I don't remember ever seeing him limp/call utg. There are two fish at the table and basically no hand is getting limped around, so at first his limp call confused me, but by the end I think his hand is pretty face up. I'm running tight at 16/12 and have c-bet 90% of the time for about 120 hands at the table, but if he has HUD he probably has me looser than that. I have shown down a bluff in the last 20 hands fwiw. Oh, and he checked all 3 streets very quickly.

He has about 265 left by the river. I was considering 3 options, (although a fourth would be to check behind)1) bet 1/3 of the pot and call a raise 2)straight value bet for about 1/2 pot or 3) Value shove, which may look more like a bluff and he might hero call. I'm pretty sure the only hand I'm worried about here is Q-T. So, what to do on the river?? I think my bet sizing sucks now that I look at it, but at the time I was trying to make it look like a big hand by leaving him about a psb on the river. Comments on all streets appreciated.

If I bet 1/3 pot it was to induce a shove, because I think his hand is pretty obvious and even Q-T is a bit worried I 2 barrelled AK into the nuts

I bet a bit more on the turn, and I shove the river vs this guy, although he's probably not calling with his pair of Ts.

Villain has to put you on a triple barrel with 99-66/44/33 to justify calling. I don't think that is the case often enough.

He has AT most of he time. It's not a good river for you, and it's not a good board for him to be tempted by a hero call on a shove. Just milk him 100$ (option 1). If he folds as well, you'll know it can be worth 3 barrel-bluffing him cheap in some similar spots.

If you've been making him fold a lot, I don't mind shoving here. I either bet 2/3 of the pot here (almost always) or shove (depends on how active I've been).
