VCPoker VIP program value

I'm a bit curious how much the VCPoker VIP loyalty program is worth, in terms of rakeback equivalence.

For some concrete questions:

Getting to Tier 1 (60k action points) +150k action points (for the extra bonus) would give you a monthly reload bonus of $1250. How many hands of say nl100, nl200 and nl400 would it take to acheive 210k action points for this highest level of loyalty reload bonus?

Anybody have any info or figures they could show me?
