Default No More Fast Food Pact

Starting now for letīs say 1 year at which point it can be reevaluated I am going to not eat fast food. And if I do eat fast food will donate $50 for every transgression. Please join me!

There are a million good reasons to do this, briefly fast food is terrible for health, fast food isnīt even enjoyable it is closer to a lust need then a joy, itīs really bad for the environment, and if this one resonates with you - it leads to a lot of misery for animals.

I won't be donating any money for this, as the plain spicy chicken sandwich from Wendy's prevents me from participating.

mmm

What all do you mean by fast food? Is somewhere like Panero's fast food, or are we just talking McD's Wendy's Burger King type stuff?

There is fast food that's good for you. When on a diet, I'd get a chicken ceaser salad from Wendy's for dinner and then use my own no-fat ceaser dressing. It turned into a 300 calorie meal.

this is lame, start signing up people. i was going to start out with -i have a proposal, letīs see how many people join- but decided that the idea was a good one and people would assuredly join and hence, went straight to making my pledge

iggy point made about -what is fast food-, i think iīll be able to make the distinction on a case by case basis, if you are not similarly confident in your ability to do so satisfactorily we can easily make a quick list here of 5-10 places. as far as the salad at wendyīs, that is splitting hairs. if there so happens to be one healthy meal tucked away in the hundreds or terrible ones offered, well that is something us Pact Makers are just going to have to miss out on, a sacrifice

Bruiser, I will take part in this!

Only I am going to be a puss and add the stipulation that I can eat it when drunk (which is infrequent) and that if I am traveling and with a group of people Im not going to rock the boat and be that annoying person that makes everyone take a trip to somewhere else simply because they dont want to eat at McDonalds.

Tho I guess I could just pay $50 each of those times, but I'm not that baller

edit: when drunk I will try my best to avoid it, but if its the only thing available that seperates me from an empty stomach and supreme intoxication, im going for it. And int he group scenerio I will order the healthiest thing on the menu.
