c/r ai turn, dont' fold river. That 9 is probabl;y a good card for you. Just cause he'll 3bet PF w/A8 doesn't mean he'll call a 3bet w/A9, T9s, etc. That river card reduces the chances he has 99.

C/c turn is great : he is on tilt and like to bluff.

The 9 is not a very scary card. He bets the turn with 98s/9Ts like never. I quick call (it's only 544 : 242 = 2.21 : 1).
I am only affraid by JJ/99/66/22.

i would check/beat-into-pot literally any river. that's the whole point of c/c turn.

i would raise more preflop as you are OOP and deep, to $32 at least.

i would also bet more on the flop, to $45 at least.
