Default Reality Check TL;DR - pic of Asian girl

//Cliffs Notes at Bottom//

Background: I am 21 years old and have two years of undergraduate completed at a university, but left to gain work experience as I see some of my friends that have graduated struggling to have a nice job. I was majoring in MIS if it matters. I have a pretty good resume for my age in the area of web development.

At the beginning of July I got a job as a web developer for a medium-sized pharmaceutical business. During the interview they mentioned the tasks of my job would primarily be completing website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), and e-mail campaigns. Plus a few small tasks similar to these. I have never done SEO before so the first month on the job was spent doing research/reading about SEO. For my job, they are offering me a salary of $22,000/year. I live in Oklahoma. I am also under a 90-day probationary period. After my probationary period is over I will be able to work remotely, coming in only on Tuesdays and Thursdays for meetings. I look very forward to this because I want to finish my degree and working remotely will give me time to do so when the next semester starts.

After my first month working there I was given the task of creating a database for all of the ingredients for all of the products that this company sells, which I completed. After I finished, they wanted me to research each ingredient and write some good copy that describes and sells the product that its used for. I am a horrible writer and not creative so this task was very unpleasant for me, especially since there were hundreds of ingredients and getting everything done for one ingredient would take around an hour and a half. In addition, since I am the "new" guy, I am forced to go out to a huge warehouse where we store all of our stock and account for each and every little thing that belongs to our company with the help of two other people. This takes forever and there is no ac. I have to count everything. Filled packages, empty packages, filled bottles, empty bottles, labels, etc. Of every product my company sells with is a little less than a hundred different products. This takes an entire day.

A couple of weeks ago they decided that SEO was more important so they switched me back to that and decided to hire a copywriter (Thank God). Everything is going along smoothly afterwards.

Until last Friday where none of my bosses where in the office so I decide to leave early to have some lunch with a few friends and head to the casino. I left around 2:30 pm and usually leave at or close to 5.

Apparently one of my co-workers needed some help bringing some boxes downstairs and needed a manly man to help her and seeing as how I was the only manly man in the office that day she tries to hunt me down. After being unable to find me, she calls my supervisor, who calls my cell phone. He calls from his house and I don't have his house number so I just don't answer it. This is around 4pm.

Suffice it to say, my supervisor has a talk with me on Monday about how I left work early and I end up getting written up. Consequences include extending my probationary period another 90 days (2.5 months in, almost finished the 90 days), changing from a salary position to an hourly position.

This displeases me greatly. Working remotely is the only thing that interested me about this job, and now it's extended further. Making almost an hour drive to and from work everyday is a real pain in the ass, especially since I'm working for peanuts for the type of and amount of work I do (agree/disagree?). I live 15 minutes from Riverwind Casino where the $1/$2 games are really soft and I used to play 30 hours a week before I got this job making a lot more money than I am at this current job. I am only working for experience to further my career.

Right now I'm planning on just staying here while looking for a better paying job. I cut my poker playing back to weekends only, but if I need money I can play more if I cut down my social life. What would you do in my situation?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cliffs Notes:

Left college after sophomore year to get work experience, but going back in the spring to finish degree. Now work is getting to be more trouble than it's worth, looking for another job. What would you do? Good reponses will be rewarded with pics of girls.

I just needed a place to vent. Thanks for listening.

And for reading, here's a pic of an Asian girl.
