I'm 26.
7AM - 8AM: Wake up. Get ready for work. 8AM - 5PM: Work. (Office job) 5PM - 10PM: Time spent with fiancee and dog until they go to bed. 10PM - 12PM: Poker, video games or read. -Andrew

Just turned 20:
11am- Wake up/breakfast/browse 2+2 Eat lunch whenever. 2p.m-5p.m.-work out/play sports with friends/chill Class from 6-9 on a few days, if not, out with friends, watch the Red Sox. 10-3am-Play poker and fall asleep.

Wake up 5:30 Out the door at 6:00ish At work at around 7:00. 11:30 lunch 4:30 leave 5:30 home 6:00 gym 7:30 home, shower 8:00 cook dinner 8:30 eat. 9:00 tv/poker/internet 11:00 sleep

It also helps describing if you are employed your profession. Helps tell what type of work atmosphere you have.
Non work days I do anything. Typical work day (age:28) noon - wakeup. 12:30 - shower/wake up 1:30 - lunch 2:30 - start work (internet company) * work includes stuck in a cubical and chair constantly * staring at a monitor, typing, talk on a headset * talking to customers on the phone and many times lying to them. 6:00pm - lunch 7:00pm - work 9:30pm - 15 min break 11:30pm - get off work. midnight - 3am: watch tivo, play stars, read, waste time ANY day that is not a work day is a blessing.

Wow I wish I was an online poker pro. Reasons I am not:
1. Not sure I am good enough 2. Have a $9k monthly nut to cover, not sure I could make that much 3. Wife would possibly have a nervous breakdown I am 38. Typical work day: 5:00a: alarm goes off 5:15: roll out of bed, drink protein shake, go to gym 5:45: work out 6:45: shower and get dressed at gym 7:30: drive to work 8:00: arrive at work 8:00a - 6:00p: billable hour after billable hour with lunch at desk and some web surfing 6:00p: drive home 6:30p: hug wife & experience profound joy when my 8 month old son starts laughing and reaches out for me to pick him up 6:30 - 7:30: play with son, eat dinner, etc. 7:30: put son to bed 7:45 - bedtime: watch TV/movie, have sex with wife, surf net, work on websites or other projects, etc.

I'm 33, and it goes:
6:30 am - get up and shower 7:00 am - wake the kids up 7:30 am - leave the house 7:45 am - drop the kids off at school 8'ish am - arrive at work, go to cafe and get breakfast 8am to 12pm - work if necessary, otherwise fuss over my 11 fantasy baseball teams, read/post 2+2, do my homework 12pm to 1pm - lunch 1pm to 5pm - work/fantasy/2+2/homework 5:30pm - arrive home, start dinner, start kids on homework 6pm - dinner with kids 7pm - wife arrives home from work, we talk while she eats 8pm - kids in the shower 9pm - kids ready for bed 9:30 pm - kids in bed 10pm to 12am - finish my homework, play poker, watch tv with wife, go to bed

Awake around 11AM Play games surf web until 3:50PM Get ready for work and get to work at 5PM Work till 1AM Come home sleep Typical day off: Wake up around 11AM Call girlfriend Sex Go eat somewhere Sex So watch a movie Sex Go to sleep
