Not all of California is expensive. $200-300K gets you a decent house here, so I'd be surprised if he even spent $1M. In all seriousness, while I hated his praying at the table, Yang seems like a good guy. I have no problem with him playing cheap satellites instead of donking off his winnings in high stakes games like Jamie Gold. I'd much rather see him donate the $25K to charity than waste it on a donkament entry fee.
