Equivalent Rakeback for VPP's at Supernova status on PS?

Does anyone know the exact formula for how much you make in rakeback through VPP's on stars when you're at supernova status? Let's say the 1/2 and 2/4 NL 6max games. Does anyone have any examples from their own HH's?
