So a donktard has just joined the game directly to my right. He bought in for ~50 and the 2nd or 3rd hand he played went like this:

He limps UTG+1, I pot next in with AKT7ss, one blind calls, he calls. Flop comes AsJs7x, checked to me I pot, blind folds, he calls. Turn 2y, he bets 1/3 the pot, I raise enough to put him allin he calls and shows Jd6h6s5s. River blanks and I win.

Ok, then he's sitting out until he's in the CO where he posts his big and dead small blind. He has reloaded to 40. UTG has ~70. I have them smothered. It's now 5handed.

UTG limps, villain checks, I halfpot, blinds fold, UTG calls, he calls.

Flop: 9d 5s 4c

UTG checks, villain bets half pot into me, I do what?

I would fold. You don't have enough to call and raise would be very risky. Even if you would be ahead now, he is pretty much always drawing very live. He is propably calling station so you won't usually get fold here. Furthermore UTG is still there to act after you.
