Isn't his action binding? Easy call if it is, but if you have to act, then i'd just check and either call his allin or raise his bet.

i of course probably go broke here and can't fold, but nit has been complaining all night and only hand we have beat here is AQ, you think he's pushing here win AQ? against a reraise, not that i can probably find it to ever fold here, but is that really that EASY of a call?
