Default 1500NL 3 bet shove or fold

I'm embarassed that i can't figure this out, it seems close though so i'm just gonna put it out there to vote

100-200 a25
i've got a kinda tough serious image

folds to HJ who is a bad home game asian who has been gambooling and outflopping people, limping a lot

HJ Limps w/ 13k
CO has been at table for 2 orbits, has already seen asian in HJ limp 4-5 times

CO Raises to 1k straight with 4.5k behind

Not sure if hero is planning to raise here because he is worried about fold equity, may be more of a value raise (and outs if called by lower pairs)

why would you need people to fold, looks like you have the best hand a lot here. I think this is an easy shove, unless you think co is nitty for some reason.

how much difference does it make if he only raises to 800 and therefore reduces his likelyhood of AK slightly and adds more FE?

Don't think it makes that much of a difference. Honestly you just gotta put him on a raising range, then put him on a calling range, and then do the math. Hard to do that without actually being there. If you think he's raising a bit light due to the tendencies of this particular player, than I'm sure moving allin is good. If you think he's raising without taking that into account, then it's not as clear.

I would just fold. Live players aren't tricky, I'm pretty sure if you move in it's a complete bluff.

I agree with watts here. In the 4 events I've played so far this year, I haven't seen a standard live player raise a limper with air in a spot like this. people just don't do it. definitely fold.

edit: i thought about it a little more and i think it's closer than i'm making it sound with my reply. curtains is right in that it's kind of hard to say without actually being at the table.
