when i first saw youre shove i was like wtf is bakes doing, but on more consideratino if you wanna gamble with QJ against djks potentially wide 3 betting range it might be ok as QJ being the best hand is not out of the realm of possibility

i guess it prolly comes down to the math stuff that i dont really know

Give how much dead money there are out there to win - this aint a bad play.

However this part is strange:

Hero (BB): 26,252
Hero raises to 25,952 and is All-In

It does not compute

Since your shove is not enough to be a raise, Zugwat can now call with any decent hand, maybe even a crappy hand, since he's getting more than 3:1, and then you're all-in with QJo against 2 players.

Assuming Zugwat is calling with "any decent hand" is a horrible assumption IMO, unless your definition of "any decent hand" is quite a bit different from mine.
