Default Little Caesars and Crapless Craps

In the early 90s I remember stumbling into Little Caesars (not Caesars) Casino in Vegas and them offering something called crapless craps. Since that was some time ago, I don't remember the exact details of the game and every 6 months or so I think back and wonder what the rules were.

I do remember being quite drunk and winning a hefty sum for a college student in a few hours. I also remember having almost every damn number on the board.

Can someone help me remember what the rules to that game must have been? I can do the math and find the casino advantage if someone just helps fill in the blanks.

I tried to search and couldn't find any meaningful results.

Maybe this belongs in Brick in Morter, I don't know.
