There's a lot of older people / legitimately sick people that go to them. Seen a few low end celebrities there too (at the one on Sunset across from Hustler).
It's ridiculously easy to get a card/referral and really intriguing how blatantly legal it is. And it's very profitable business, they buy OG Kush wholesale for $7000/pound...
