Re: LO8 dying?
There are always games going at Absolute & Paradise. You can usually find a few at FT and UB as well.

Re: LO8 dying?
No. There are way more games now than there were two years ago.

Re: LO8 dying?
Lo8 isnt dying as much as PLOHL is taking over. PLOHL leaves room for more action. You can still find L08 games all over the internet, but PLOHL games are usually much more congested, and is probably where the money is goin in the next few years (obv not over NLHE, but still...).

Re: LO8 dying?
i heard somewhere o8 is the most popular non-holdem poker game right now, not sure if it's true but it's possible. probably because a lot of stud, LHE and plo players are playing it.

[/ QUOTE ]There's not much of a rush in playing low limit omaha eight or better. It's just a game for those who don't want to gamble and have fairly easy decisions. The game becomes more interesting and skillful at the higher limits. |

My point is that there are players for example that maybe play 1/2 limit holdem because that is what their b/r allows. Maybe they decide to try a different game & it's O8. They are going to have fun & get the initial 'kick' of boats, quads etc while playing .50/1 or 1/2. Why make comments to belittle or discourage their game? |

Re: LO8 dying?
It never really was that popular, i'd say it's growing more than it's dying. If it does start to really die off thats bad news for me since I can't play PLO8 to save my life.
