ok i'm only going to say this one more time, and if i get ignored i'll quit, but can someone PLEASE tell me why these guys can't be charged through either the canadian or the costa rican legal system?

[/ QUOTE ]

ok i lied. guys, if this has already been addessed please just link me or something, but am i missing something obvious here? canadian legal system. costa rican legal system. INTERPOL. not one of these are viable options? adanthar you're a lawyer- could you let me know about this? sorry if i'm cluttering, but at least it's not ike and someone having the same argument 50 million times over.

[/ QUOTE ]

Sure the authorities of Costa Rica "could" press charges. But they probably won't. Same goes for Canada. Good enough for you?

[/ QUOTE ]

i dont understand the active criticism against people trying to get these guys prosecuted.

No one has anything thing to lose by trying, why actively dissuade it?

I'm not sure, but this may just be Cardplayer poker, which is a free play skin of UB that they offer.

I dont think Cardplayer Magazine is owned by Blast Off, Ltd. There is perhaps an online gambling site called cardplayer [edit: apparently it is a UB Skin]

I know Cardplayer Magazine, in 2005 and possibly later, was owned the Shulmans as the majority owners with poker pros Phil Hellmuth, Daniel Negreanu, Todd Brunson, Jennifer Harman and actors Danny and Chris Masterson as well as Laura Prepon.

That was the second plane crash, not the first. Also, please link the actual article next time, and not your website with a copy/paste job. Thanks.

Do not let AP spin anymore. Lots of evidence points in the direction of Scott Tom. This guy should go to jail. He is involved....though they will blame it on his "friend". They are going to try to fit their excuses into impossibly small holes....don't believe it for a minute.

To get an idea of the absurdity that is about to come, check out this great comment someone made about the Jon Benet Ramsey case.

"Right now, it may be a good time to stand back and state what is rather apparent: either the Ramsey's were the killers or assistants in the murder, or they have been the victims of some rather hi-tech silent midgets with no footprints".

Keep it simple.

You can also find their bank account numbers if you look a little further. There is some wiring instructions to send entry fees for some tourney in St. Kitts that they are hosting or did host. I found it a few days ago and don't have the exact link.

Don't we have information/rumors/speculation that Absolute was founded with money from some of the Frat guy's fathers?

We do know Scott Tom comes from a wealthy family and also that Oscar Tatum Hilt, IV's father is a highly respected dentist. Obviously they have family money with a fancy wedding in France. There is a strong chance these families are shareholders in some of these shell corporations.
