I've given up on trying to get tickets for big bands. Impossible these days. Gilmour sold out Radio City in uh - 5 seconds. Dvd shouold be good though.

I had no trouble at all getting tix for the Rolling Stones in Memphis.
But I do have a feeling I'm going to end up completely out in the cold on this one unless I man-up and get the $100 pre-sale thingee.

I can't find onsale dates for Vegas. Its really gonna screw up my WSOP plans since I can't play Weds, Thurs or Friday now.

Important Ticketmaster tip: if you need multiple tickets and the website tells you there are no more left in that price range, try ordering the tickets one at a time. You probably won't be able to sit together, though, obv. I got myself 4 tickets for Aug 3 in NYC.

I'm not a fan of the group, but it's my understanding amongst a lot of their fans that this isn't that big of a deal because Sting has been going around doing all of their original songs for years, anyway. So, having the background members back doesn't mean all that much to even some of their most hardcore fans. Is this true?
