i am not saying your answer is wrong, but are you levelling here? if you are well done cos you have induced a serious response:

do people really not think that being closer to the button is much more important than being closer to the blinds in terms of assessing what position you are in for like 95% of positionally aware villains?

UTG 5 handed = MP 6 handed.

position is somewhat irrelevant now that lots of hte stacks are in - if we call (which would suck) yes we have position but it's now a 1 street game - most of the time we are facing a flop push and we miss 2/3rds flops.

make a read and roll with it - a min 4bet is alarm bell central we have ~40% equity if his range is AK/QQ+ and there would be 50bb of dead money.

over 100times (assuming we push and he calls):

we pay 82bb and can net ~120bb(dead money plus the extra left in the stack)

we win 40 pots for 4800bb
we lose 60 pots for - 4920bb

net loss ~1bb/hand.

If he's bluffing once in a blue moon and or he has JJ or AQ once in a blue moon it's +EV and a call.

If his range here is tighter than AK/QQ+ when he min4bets you then it's a fold.

If there is more dead monies it's a snap call.

I think I probably fold this at the table - it's a lot of variance - if we play vs this guy often tho the info as to what cards he min 4bets with could prove very useful somewhere down the road - so that info has value - but how much value is a different can of worms.

My post was serious. Though you make good points, against a guy you know nothing about you are pushing to chop. He has to be CALLING worse than AKo for you to make money here, and even with the overlay I think its a huge stretch. With no history you cant assume that he's going to be 4betting you light so this move he is making is for value.

5betting is awful.
calling is probably bad, too.
I fold AK in those spots.

This hand is a fold.

I am wondering about leveling here also. How positionally aware are villains at 50nl? I struggle sometimes with this too.
