From one perspective, I could also imagine it being bad for internet poker to have it be known that rooms can get away with this kind of garbage scot free. |

Maybe this is just what the industry needed to make it clear that incompetent support staff/security/etc. us completely unacceptable. We pay enough rake to afford the level of support/security that Stars has on every site. |

All other online poker rooms must then issue very clear statements ensuring their players that they have taken the necessary steps to ensure this will never happen again. |
