I don't think this is as obvious as a lot of you guys are making it out to be. From one perspective, I could also imagine it being bad for internet poker to have it be known that rooms can get away with this kind of garbage scot free.

This industry has been full of a lot of sites that are run really poorly forever. Maybe this is just what the industry needed to make it clear that incompetent support staff/security/etc. us completely unacceptable. We pay enough rake to afford the level of support/security that Stars has on every site.

Do you realize how bad it would be for online poker and by extension all of us if this thing ISN'T pushed any further.

The truth must be allowed to come out.

All other online poker rooms must then issue very clear statements ensuring their players that they have taken the necessary steps to ensure this will never happen again.
