Default small flush with possition and betting lead

this hand was played in a relatively loose 7 handed 10/10nl brick and mortar game. hero is seen as super tight but has won and lost a hand in the last orbit. Villain is a very loose and poor player who often makes large bets when he thinks he has the best of it without consideration of his opponent or the previous betting.
hero- 1200
button-1200
sb-6000
bb-3200
hero raises to 40 in the c/o after one limper with 5s-6s and the button , sb (villain) and big blind all call.
(pot=170)
Flop is Js,3c,4s
check, check and hero bets 140, only the sb calls quickly.
(pot= 450)
Turn As
check, hero bets 300 and small blind instantly shoves.
now its 720 to win 1770.
call or fold?
advise on all streets is appreciated.
