Default Adjustments for top 3 flat payout?

I'm in a STT tomorrow where the top 3 all get the same payout ($3500). What strategy adjustments should be made after the first few bust out?

I discussed a hand from a 5400 FPP sat last night with someone. Those sats pay out 4 seats.

I was amazed at how far $EV diverged from cEV with eight players remaining. A hand that required 41% equity by pot odds, required 54% through ICM.

So, what I am saying is that there is a whole lot of value in folding and watching your opponents do battle. Also, you really will need to be far ahead of your opponents ranges to call all-ins, even away from the bubble.

Ps. That avatar is amazing.

Play tighter than normal. Much tighter. First is worth the same as squeaking in. In a normal STT each chip you gain is worth less than ones you lose, this is ever more the case in this structure.
