Default Fold Flopped Nuts On River against Aggressive Opponent?

This hand occurred with about 250 people remaining in FTOPS Event 8 ($216 Limit Omaha H/L). I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I'm gonna give it a go anyway. Villain is probably the most aggressive player at the table (to a fault) and will also call or raise a single raise out of the big blind every time. I have an aggressive image, as I have been raising a lot from LP.

Full Tilt Poker Game #3257098907: FTOPS Event #8 (2218608), Table 50 - 800/1600 - Limit Omaha H/L - 1:11:34 ET - 2007/08/15

NICEAZNKID folds
Denk420 folds
Rob76803 raises to 1,600
Rex55 folds
CoogDog folds

Rossoblu calls 800

Keep in mind that this is a tournament, not a ring game. Is this raise OK? Everybody's fairly short here, and the action has been necessarily very aggressive. I raised hoping to isolate with one or two players. I think villain calls here with any four cards. I think this was just about the best possible outcome for me preflop. I get to play against one player with a hand that gets better the fewer opponents are in the pot.

***FLOP***(2cJhKh)
Rossoblu bets 800
Rob76803 raises to 1600
Rossoblu raises to 2,400
Rob76803 raises to 3,200
Rossoblu calls 800

[b]I flop the nuts and get bet into. What's his range here? Like I mentioned before, he's very aggressive. I think he could bet here with any sort of open ended/wrap around straight draw, any flush draw, any two pair, any set or he could be betting that I have all low cards in the hole. I raise, and he immediately reraises. Now I think his range is a whole lot smaller. Two pair or a set is now much more likely, as is something like a straight and flush draw. I reraise to cap and he calls.

***TURN***(2cJhKh)(9h)
Rossoblu bets 1,600
Rob76803 calls 1,600

Is there a worse possible turn card? He bets and I call hoping to fill up on the river.

***RIVER***(2cJhKh9h)(Ts)
Rossoblu bets 1,600

Rob76803?????

Pot=13,200

I miss my boat and the straight comes out on the river to boot. Is there any holding of his that I beat here? Could he possibly be going crazy with pocket jacks after I showed weakness on the turn? I've got about 3,000 left if I fold, which is enough, if I get lucky, to rebuild my stack. 1,400 is a different matter. What do you do here?

For a fold to be correct the chances to rebuild the stack with less than 4 big blinds left should be higher than the chances to win the hand. I don't think that's the case. If that's correct a raise would be the right thing to do.
