I saw Mike at the Ceasar's classic and he looked healthy. I'm not doubting for a second he hasn't indulged in a little blow, but who in that lifestyle hasn't...as far as him treating his fans like crap, he took a pic with my brother and several others during one of the breaks and was very approachable. Not one person of good standing in poker has ever accused him of being a cheat or not good on a loan from what i've heard. His brother on the other hand, if you've read any of his myspace or matusow truth blogs, seems like a leaching ahole.
