Anyone know the percent of golfers that have handicaps?

(I would encourage people that keep handicaps but don't have an official one to post them.)

I don't have a registered handicap, but if I went out and played 20 rounds right now to get one, I'm sure it would be no higher than a 3, and no lower than 1 or so.
