Default Allocating My 401K

Hi, I am hoping for some guidence on allocation my 401K. I am 46 years old and need to do some catching up. Here is a list of the funds available to me:

Money Market Funds
PIMCO Total Return Fund
Davis NY Ventrue Fund
Fidelity Contra Fund
Templeton World Fund
Riversource Value fund
Mutual Beacon Fund
Legg Mason Small Cap fund
Oppenheimer Global fund
American Funds Washington Mutual investors fund
DWS Small Cap Growth fund
John Hancock Small Cap Growth fund

Any suggestions would help.

I'm not sure how much catching up you should do through riskier investments. I think the "catching up" in your case might be allocating a higher percentage of your paycheck to your 401(k). I think at your age your investments should be much safer than, say, a 25 year old.

At what age do you wish to retire? etc...We need more info.
