the guys 61/20/1 over 80 done some really dumb stuff so far, agro in really stupid places. never seen him min 3b, i have seen him min-bet then min-4b my 3b he had AA then. Not much else to go on. Easy value shove?

I shove on that river given his check. He probably doesn't have much and will fold but he might look you up with a weaker hand.

I love the flop call to induce further bluffs / try to suck out if behind.

I'm trying to decide if I like your preflop call. He did 3-bet and AJ can get you into some tough situations. On the other hand if he's often bluffing it may well be +EV.
