Snorting APAP is retarded, it just clogs up in your nose since it's not water soluble. I can remember watching my idiot high school friends snort vicodin back in the day.
Lollipops containing fentanyl have been around for a long time. It's amazing that they would package them that way, though. I imagine someone with no tolerance could easily overdose on fentanyl. It has a very low LD50 in rats ( 3.1 milligrams per kilogram). I myself once ended up in the ICU after taking the entire dose of a 100 mcg/hour, 72 hour patch at one time. I had never heard of the "cheese" thing until recently, and i was living in ft worth/dallas area for the past two years until this fall.
