Default TPTK under pressure, I need a line

This may seem like a simple hand, but I'm questioning myself on this hand and the best line to take. I'd like input from those of you who regularly play high limit on a default line, given no real reads, against your typical opponent.
This hand is from a 50-100 private live game. I'm new to the game and only know the person who invited me. The game is 30 minutes old and I have no reads on villain, other than he hasn't played a hand other than seeing a flop out of the blind.
Anyway, there's a limper to me in MP, I raise with red AK, villain cold calls on the button, big blind and limper call. four to flop. (4.5 BB)
Flop is Ac,9s,6s. I lead, button raises, other two drop, I three bet, button calls. Does anyone see an advantage to an alternate line here?
Turn is 5s, completing flush. I bet, villain raises. I?

I'd like to know your default lines here against typical middle/higher stakes player and why? Also, does anyone like an alternate play on turn (c-call, c-call).

Do anyof you ever fold the turn here? If you are the villain, how often are you raising here with AQ off with the As (or worse) when I've played this strongly and haven't shown any inclination to not go to showdown?

well the problem is the lack of information about villain.Against mister Super tight folding would be correct, but you cant be sure if he is aggro enough to but sich things, so I would call him down and pay him eventuelly off.

Part of the problem is that I normally play up to 20-40 live against mostly players I have a decent line on. Very rarely am i ahead here against the people I play against, and against them, calling down is giving bets away and feels awful. weak tight if you will. i posted the hand here to see higher limit players thinking on this a it applies to the games they normally play in.

you should 3 bet and if capped, know it is most likely for a free showdown, call all bets

I took the weak tight route and mucked to his turn raise. after i 3-bet flop and bet turn, i didn't think he'd raise again with a hand i could beat. as i said, i usually play in weak games, where i can fold here. i later realized i probably made a mistake here and should have at least called down. in fact from villains perspective raising with AQ or AJ with the As here is probably right. Thanx for the help.
