Reduce the Rake - Still paying me rakeback on FT?

I complained in an earlier post about not being able to switch my affiliate on FTP over to RakeTracker from ReduceTheRake, despite the fact that RTR is rogue. Pokeraddict said they were good about it, though FTP refused to switch me over.

People at RakeTracker have since been in touch with FTP, who said that they won't switch me over because RTR is still paying me and did so not long ago, to boot. What? I have no way to contact TFlo and haven't heard from him since the infamous problems over a year ago. Since FTP's transfer history windows is terrible, I have no way to tell if this is true.

Can anyone confirm if this is the case? What's the deal?

Since when is FTPs transfer window terrible? I am able to see all of my past transactions.
