depends on utg's 3bet calling range. if it's tight (JJ+/AK), that's not the best flop since you're only ahead of QQ. on the river, you're chopping at best depending on how tight he is preflop. i think you'd see more action on the flop if he had a flush draw or AK.

At best I think you are chopping, and even that is a strecth. I don't think he is ever bluffing here bc if you give him a wider 3 bet calling range (99+/AJ+) then the only hand that you beat from that range that gets to the river is AQdd

Let's put his calling range on 10's+, AK, and AQs. Based on his flop play, we can eliminate (most likely) 10's, Q's, and AQ (even of diamonds, because that probably raises). That leaves JJ, KK, AA, and AK. Our range is pretty terrible against those hands, so checking the turn intending to c/f is fine imo.

When he checks behind, this is kind of confusing. You HAVE to figure he'll bet KK and JJ on a checked turn with so many draws out there. I can't really see AA checking here, but then again, I can't really see AA flat calling the flop.

The river card doesn't actually change much. No way he's calling your flop bet with a lone J, and if he boated up, he was ahead already. That being said, I thought you were a split at best on the turn, so I think AK is the best thing you could hope for (*maybe* a weirdly played AQd). I fold because there are so many things out there that have you beat, and only a small possibility you're ahead, with a somewhat decent chance of a split.
