Default 3/6 a BB special, h/u, how to extract most value ?

Not sure if this is like flopping quads, you either get paid or you dont ?

Full Tilt 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
3 folds, MP2 calls, 4 folds, Hero checks.

Flop: (2.50 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero raises, MP2 folds.

Final Pot: 2.25 BB

The pot is small, so free cards aren't that bad. I am raising the flop 100% without a specific read though

Yeah... Villain didn't have a high [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] this time or he would've called, but sometimes Villain's bet will be the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] or whatever, in which case a [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] turn will make a flop call look tragic.

Are you talking about small pot/big pot? That doesn't apply here because our hand is huge and vulnerable at the same time.

Does anyone just bet out on this flop? Check/Raise is def better than check/call, but what about bet/3-town?

I'm always leading out this flop. But would it be too cute to b/c the flop and b/3b a non [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] turn?

I do that. villain's likely to have a large spade if he raises and still be drawing on the turn. I don't want to have to rely on him betting to c/r, so I'd much rather we just b/3b the flop.
