yep standard, you can't afford for another spade to come off

The pot is small, so free cards aren't that bad. I am raising the flop 100% without a specific read though

reutel - huh? [/ QUOTE ] Yeah... Villain didn't have a high [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] this time or he would've called, but sometimes Villain's bet will be the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] or whatever, in which case a [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] turn will make a flop call look tragic. |

Does anyone just bet out on this flop? Check/Raise is def better than check/call, but what about bet/3-town?

I'm always leading out this flop. But would it be too cute to b/c the flop and b/3b a non [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] turn?

[/ QUOTE ] I do that. villain's likely to have a large spade if he raises and still be drawing on the turn. I don't want to have to rely on him betting to c/r, so I'd much rather we just b/3b the flop. |
