QT and AT are almost impossible. JT is also rather unlikely.

I think a blocker looks so bad here and is really transparent and w/ size of pot vs remaining stacks if you were full I don't think you'd ever normally bet 500 hoping to get some small value or hope to be shoved over.

If you check are you ever calling a shove? W/ the price the BTN got pf he can have a lot more than 99/88 here.

opps, in my last post I got confused as to who called, the sb or the mp, so clearly he wont have AT here.

I like checking the river as he will rarely show up with a hand that is going to call a vb from us.

HERO should have raised to 600-700 on the flop and if called be done w that hand...
the way it was played it is guessing game on the river and I don't believe there is an argument strong enough to make any play on the river distinctly better that another.

my guess would be ttt for your opponent tho
