It's hilarious. Kido keeps talking during the hand saying Lee's full name. "I know you're going to bet, Doug Lee. I call you, Doug Lee."

Lee gets his money in with top pair, 2 kicker (not 2nd kicker, 2 kicker) vs. Kido's nuts.

I've read some of his strategy articles in one of the canadian poker magazines. They are truly excellent.

There was one article where he talked about how powerful sunglasses were. His argument was that sunglasses give the player such a large advantage over everyone else that they should be banned from poker forever. It was truly rivetting and really opened my eyes as I never knew sunglasses were such a strong weapon.

I had no clue everyone else hated this guy as much as me. I love NVG sometimes. His busting out at that circuit event by playing 2 huge pots with K2 in a row then just repeating "it's not my day" or whatever was awesome. Still want to hear the angles he shot.

Doug Lee is actually an exceptional poker player. He is a master at reading body language and this is what allows him to play hands like K2 and J5 as often as he does. He's that good.

He knows what you have, when you have it, and he plays accordingly. Doug Lee doesn't need cards to win. Doug Lee just wins.

yes, its brutal, but its on espn classic tonight, and i'll be drunk enough to watch it again
