obviously 99/TT as has been said. i'm not disagreeing with a shove. i think it's fine. but i dont think there's anything wrong with cold-call, weak lead either and i disagree that it's obviously 'weak means strong'. how are you supposed to play actually marginal hands that you think are likely good? shove it all in?

Push. Calling's just dumb unless he's a fish.

It's spots like these that open up your eyes to making "plays", and realizing that you pushing here with ATC is almost certainly a profitable long-term play. You just happen to actually have a hand this time...

TWP,
You might cold call the flop with 99/TT but once a blank turn hits and you keep betting your hand will become transparent.

How so? You're not cold-calling the flop to c/f the turn if you have TT...

xorbie,

once you check the flop it doesn't much matter what you do. however, coldcalling gives button two cracks at however many outs he has, so you may as well shove.

also, aaheartaa is good, but this is the first I've ever heard of him playing anywhere near 50/100 NL? or am I wrong?

Shove - it's your best shot at representing a move against a CBet and a player who likes to raise CBets. It also has positive metagame implications as you say he's been pushing you off weakness, and he has to know this - therefore, his calling range is at least slightly more broad if he has any kind of hand at all. Additionally, if really IS just making a move, it will at least serve as a slight deterrent in the future.
