I have.

But it goes beyond not complaining. I used to spend time looking at EV graphs, and trying to find things that proove I'm running bad. Iguess I was trying to justify why I was losing money or breaking even.
Then I'd write a post about it.

Instead, I'm using that time to analyze/review hands, and study. Focusing on the future instead of the past.
