Default 100NL- C/R on Turn w/ air

I've played about a dozen orbits w/ this villain, I perceive him to be TAGgy. I have a TAGgy image myself. This is the first time I've tried to steal his BB. But I think there's good chance he's floating on the flop. So given my read, is my turn C/R effective, or spew?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG ($126.25)
MP ($81.50)
CO ($56.55)
Button ($109.40)
Hero ($228.90)
BB ($232.95)

Preflop: Hero is SB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($8) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $6</font>, BB calls $6.

Turn: ($20) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $11</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $40</font>???

I don't like this BvB. If you think he's floating just fire the second barrel.

I hate this, ppl just dont fold alot blind vs blind.

next time try to hit an A or K on the flop.
