I just got graduated college with an econ degree and after all of my pain, I sure hope this was a middle school economics final. Otherwise, I picked the wrong school.

1 is B only.
There are many reasons to avoid this gamble for the same reason you would avoid flipping for your bankroll given a 51:49 edge. Someone who has only $5 to his name, desperately needs the $5 and has no way to generate additional income, would refuse rationally the gamble. (The hypothetical is exaggerated because the game itself is exaggerated, see bankroll flip for more realistic scenario).

Because of this, answer to #2 is C only.

However, what you should have wrote down was: "I run bad."
