Simple AQo PF hand with 16BBs in WSOP 2k

So, blinds are 100/200/25. I have about 3.2k to start the hand.

UTG, who has shown a propensity for openlimping and otherwise tight/passive play, makes it 600. He starts the hand with like 7k or so. You have AQo UTG+2. Shove/fold?

With 16bbs and still some reshove fold equity I better be really right on my read of that guy to fold here.

If he is tight passive wont he fold alot of hands to your shove that he "shouldnt"? (66-77-88-99-even tt?)

I would shove here unless I'm like... positive he's only opening incredibly tight (and will always be calling us and we're behind his range), but from my experiences live I don't think I could ever think that really.
