Re: 6.50$ Early JJ decision
I think you have pot odds to call this. That T is such a good card to bluff with for the BB and it's a $6.50. I'd expect to see random pocket pairs here a lot.

Re: 6.50$ Early JJ decision
Pretty easy call.
Once you raise the flop, the decision to play for stacks is made. |

Re: 6.50$ Early JJ decision
This may be a leak, but this early, I am going for a little pot control as there are no significant draws out there.
Pre $125 -150 ($200 Seems to yell JJ or 10 10) Flop call Call down from there. As played once you re-raise you have half your stack in and are pretty much tied to the pot. |

Re: 6.50$ Early JJ decision
Yeah, pre 150 is better.
You can't just call the flop, this gives up a lot of value and the chance to catch up for AK, AQ, KQ.. |

Re: 6.50$ Early JJ decision
I am pushing the flop. Let him make the last decision. I figure its all getting in anyway and I hate to play the streets.

[ QUOTE ]
Pretty easy call. Once you raise the flop, the decision to play for stacks is made. [/ QUOTE ]+150 pre instead of 200 (start making it 2.5bb at 50/100) What hands in his range contain a T that he just calls with pf and doesn't shove over your raise on the flop? he has 44-99 here pretty often. if he has got 22, 33 or even TT, unfortunate, but rare. pushing the flop after his bet isn't bad either. You'll be called by TP and smaller pairs a lot. And you should be willing to get it in with JJ on this flop. You will not run against an overpair (QQ+ would have raised pre, thats for sure) |
