My pizza restaurant and some jackass delivery driver- advice please

There's nothing you can do..file a police report but realistically nothing will happen. I briefly worked as a delivery driver and the exact same thing happened.

From then on, all delivery drivers (even those just there for the night or whatever) had their drivers license/insurance cards photocopied. Takes 2 seconds and would discourage this from happening.

I'd definitely call the police. You know his name, phone number, and what he looks like, that should be enough for the police to identify him.
