With no history I probably fold the flop. As played the river is a pretty good card for you so I don't know why you'd fold it there.

Is villain's AF really &gt; 40?

I fold the flop pretty easily here, since villain appears solid.

You could argue for a call because: 1) its a blind battle, and hence 2) he could be c/r with midpair/flush draw type hand.

A call should freeze him up a bit and you have position on the turn. Once he fires like that on the turn its fold time.
