Does it make any sense to raise to 1500 (2.5 BB) here? If so, do you fold to a re-raise? Would a stack of 4000 have much value with the blinds coming next hand?

Raise/folding is horrible. M=6 means push or fold. UTG with 33 and that M is probably a fold at a full table, down to 6 this is close. You're going to be ahead of most of the calling ranges, but not way ahead of anything except 22 and maybe A2. Calling ranges are pretty wide (or should be), but they're not infinitely wide, and your stack is big enough to damage anybody at the table if they call and lose, so you do have some fold equity. I think I lean toward a shove being the right play, unless you've got a specific read as to why that's a bad idea (if table is loose enough that you expect to be called by more than one villain*, for example, you're totally hosed and should fold).

*By this, I mean with relatively weak holdings. If you get called by KTo and 97o, you're suddenly facing 4 over cards and you're in big trouble, though you'd be favored over either one of those hands individually. If two of your opponents pick up real hands, well, that just happens sometimes.

What position are you? Your post says seat 9 is the button but there is no seat 9.
