Amino Acids are a good place to start. Depending on your symptoms:

5-HTP to treat sadness
L-Tyrosine for stimulation/focus
GABA for anxiety
DL-Phenylalinine for pain (endorphins)

Let's say there is a drug that improves cognitive function, attention, stamina, prevents tilt, is non-addictive and has no significant side effect. Say that you've found it and use it. Would you tell everyone else about it?
