Re: Official Let\'s boycott FTP til the Bot issue is resolved
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I have a question, though - do you use any kind of software to supplement your play online, like Poker Tracker? If so, is it fair that you can use those softwares against players who are not using them? [/ QUOTE ] No it is not fair. I do pretty well without them and feel they are nothing but another form of cheating. These programs should be banned and anyone using them should get the boot.If you depend on these things to win then it must be a pretty hard transition to live play where there are no stats tatooed on peoples foreheads. I like the analogy I read in another thread about walking up to a table in a casino where half the players had computer databases of the other players tendencies and the other half did not. Not exactly a fish attracter IMHO, it is quite the contrary. We will end up with sharks eating sharks because all the fish will swim away. [/ QUOTE ] Tuff_Fish? [/ QUOTE ] You rang? I haven't played a hand of poker at Full Tilt since well before UIGEA. The ratio of apparent grinders (bots?) to poker players was terrible. I haven't played any online poker since mid February. I have a little dab of money left on Stars, maybe I should jump in and donk it up a bit. Sounds like folks are in need of a break from the hudbots. Re: Official Let\'s boycott FTP til the Bot issue is resolved
Well I'm back on FTP after a full month on Stars and playing live in Vegas for WSOP. Guess that bot issue blew over pretty fast. I never really put in a lot of hands with Chuck and the rest of the crew as I'm more of a 6max player but I was really outraged at FTP's lack of a response.
My one month boycott is officially over, I'm back on the FTP gravy train. Yum Yum |
