Default very standard 3bet pot cbet or not?

Villain is a good regular, a bit on the tight side. 17/13/6.

Without any history my 3 bet range out of the blinds is relatively tight, so I'd c-bet here pretty much always.

almost always, but I think you can get away with betting less than 99

i like a bigger raise pre.. probably to 72-75. as played i probably bet 80ish on flop.

75-80 is fine on the flop but I play it the same every time.
