Open epassporte acct or just wait?

So I was wondering what with everything going down on the Neteller front lately if now would be a good time to do the epassporte thing. Or would it be better to just wait and see what individual sites come up with on their own. I really dont want to hassle with setting acct. up/confirming initial deposits/etc. and then in a week have to find something else when they leave the US market. I'm not in any desperate need for the $$, but if epassporte is the best option from now on I figured I'd go ahead and set it up now. Sorry if any of this has already been covered in the 1000 threads so far, if so mods please delete. Thanks for the help.
